This is me

Living on a tiny island in the middle of the Caribbean is idyllic, but not without its challenges. Add a full time job, two demanding, but fabulous boys and a lack of regular fresh milk and you have an adventure. Thank goodness my husband supplies fine wine and my favourite gin to the island!

Now, because life isn’t crazy enough, I’ve started running and have just completed the Virgin Gorda half marathon. I’ve got the running bug and am now contemplating my next challenge!
